Mr. Nacol began his legal career in Mesquite, Texas, from 1974 until 1979, moving to north Dallas from 1979 to 1999, when he relocated to the Dallas–Fort Worth telecom corridor in Richardson, Texas, where the firm is today. Initially established as Mark A. Nacol and Associates PC, the firm became The Nacol Law Firm PC, carrying on a practice in legal areas that concentrate on business-related activities, such as civil and commercial litigation, business transactions and intellectual property. In addition, Mr. Nacol provides families with legal services that address their needs in divorce, family law, probate law and will contests.
